Career and Job Search Coaching

  • Resume Review | $100

Resumes are, for better or worse, a necessity in the era of online job applications. A good resume alone won’t get you an offer, but it can land you that first interview. That’s a huge hurdle. If you have an existing resume that you’d like to spruce up, I offer a 45-minute live editing session where we look at the kind of jobs you are targeting and how you can optimize your resume for applications. This includes a 15 -minute follow up call after you’ve started using it to apply.

  • Resume Writing | $100

If you’ve been out of the job search market for a long time, looking to make a career switch, or if your resume is just in need of an overhaul, I can write a draft of a resume for you (using info you share about your experience and achievements). You’ll get the draft back within a week and can send me any feedback or updates you’d like to make. I’ll send you a second draft and then it’s yours to send forth into the world! This option is asynchronous and does not include a live call with me.

  • One Time Resume Feedback | $50

This is a great option if you’ve got a resume, had a few eyes on it already, and want one final pass from someone who has worked for almost a decade in the HR and recruiting fields across industries. You can send me an existing resume and I’ll provide you a few written notes on possible improvements as well as a full copyedit.

  • Mock Interview with Feedback | $100

Have you been getting lots of first round interviews without a call back? A resume is a foot in the door, but job offers are won in interviews. Video interviews aren’t quite the same as in-person interviews. And keep in mind that interview rounds are cumulative. If you aren’t sure what to say in a third round interview, or you feel like you’re constantly repeating yourself, you could probably benefit from some practice. I offer a 45-minute video call where we review common questions and I’ll give you personalized tips to help you nail your next job interview.

  • 1:1 Coaching | $65 per half hour

Regardless of where you are in your job search, you may have questions along the way. This is a good option if you are seeking general advice about what kinds of jobs to target, quick tips for interviewing, how you can negotiate offers, red flags in the interview process, or even if you want some guidance on how to make a career change. These sessions are open-ended and can be used as often as you’d like throughout your search.

  • Job Search Package | $275

The job search package will equip you with the most important basic skills to help you navigate the job market. This is best for people in entry-to-mid-level positions, or anyone looking to make an industry change (like leaving non-profits for the corporate world). It’s targeted to job seekers who are new to the job market or have been out of the market for a long time, though anyone wanting to sharpen their skills can benefit. This includes:

A one-hour live resume editing session with interview tips

    A 45-minute mock interview

A 30-minute review of resume and interview skills

One 15-minute follow up call 1 - 3 months into the job search
